Pulse is a dance based fitness studio for adults. We offer 45-60 minute dance inspired fitness classes designed to get your heart rate up and sculpt your muscles all while being set to the beat of energizing, curated playlists. Most of all, we believe exercise should be FUN!

  • PULSE DANCE

    An exhilarating cardio class that will torch calories and negativity while having fun & losing yourself to the moves and music! This follow the leader format consists of easy to follow, repetitive choreographed dances set to pop, club and hip-hop music. We will spike your heart rate and then bring it down for a few beats while incorporating athletic toning movements for a total body sweat session. No prior dance experience necessary. Bring clean indoor sneakers.

  • Pulse Groove

    PULSE GROOVE

    Pulse Groove is a low impact version of our signature Pulse Dance. That doesn’t mean the party is any less fun though! You can still expect high energy music, fun dance moves and to leave class sweaty after getting your heart rate up! With less jumping and a little more repetition, this class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from injuries, active older adults or students just looking for a less intense dance experience. This follow the leader format consists of easy to follow, repetitive choreographed dances set to clean music that spans decades. No prior dance experience necessary. Bring clean indoor sneakers.

  • Pulse Choreo

    Pulse Choreo

    Calling all former and want to be dancers, this choreography dance class is for you! Learn a choreographed dance set to one song and practice it throughout class followed by group performances. The pace of this class will vary, but you are sure to walk out sweaty after you pop and drop it harnessing your inner performer. Dance styles vary from class to class and can be hip-hop, lyrical, or jazz inspired. Check the schedule for the weeks current song list. Prior dance experience encouraged, but not required. Bring clean indoor sneakers or opt to dance in socks/barefoot.

  • PULSE BARRE

    This low impact, high results workout is designed to lift & tone your muscles using micro-movements to improve strength & agility. Our barre combines traditional ballet postures at the barre with pilates mat work. Throw in multiple fat burning cardio bursts sprinkled throughout class and you’ve got yourself a full body workout! Don’t let the light weights fool you. This high rep class will have you “feeling the burn” in no time! No prior dance experience necessary. Bring a mat. Class is performed barefoot.

  • PULSE SCULPT

    This is the most fun you’ve ever had lifting weights! Sculpt to the beat as you combo through high-intensity dance inspired cardio bursts mixed with your favorite sculpt moves for a maximum calorie-burning effect. Don’t worry, we will Break. It. Down. and you’ll be itching for the beat to drop! This class builds muscle, strength, and endurance using hand weights and resistance bands to target all major muscle groups. No prior dance experience necessary. Bring a mat and clean indoor sneakers.

  • PULSE HIIT

    Think of this class as dancer conditioning combining classic cardio and weight training exercises. This interval training class involves mixing short timed bursts of 100% effort anaerobic cardio, strength and core exercises with even shorter recovery periods to complete several sets throughout class. This class will increase endurance levels and continue to burn fat even after class is over! Our pulsating music will inspire you to push yourself to your limits.
