All the fun, less the jumping. Pulse Groove is our low-impact version of Pulse Dance — perfect for beginners, those recovering from injuries, active adults of all ages, or anyone looking for a less intense dance experience. Choreography Dance Class | Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Jazz & Broadway
You've seen it on TikTok. You've watched it in NYC and LA. Now it's here in Des Moines. Pulse Choreo is a structured choreography class where you'll learn a dance routine set to a specific song, then perform it as a group — no professional dance background needed. Styles rotate each class and include hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, and Broadway-inspired movement. Central Iowa's only class of its kind. Check the schedule for the current song and level. Bring clean indoor sneakers, or opt for socks or bare feet.
PULSE BARRE
Barre Fitness Class | Tone, Lift & Balance
Small movements, big results. Pulse Barre combines traditional ballet barre work with Pilates mat exercises and cardio bursts for a full-body, low-impact workout. High reps with light weights will have you feeling the burn in no time. No prior dance or barre experience necessary. Bring a mat and plan to go barefoot or with grippy socks.

The most fun you've ever had lifting weights. Pulse Sculpt combines high-intensity, dance-inspired cardio bursts with classic strength moves using hand weights and resistance bands. Every major muscle group gets worked while you move to the beat. No prior dance or training experience necessary. Bring a mat and clean indoor sneakers.

Dancer & Athlete Conditioning Fitness Class l Cardio & Strength Endurance
Built like a dancer. Trained like an athlete. Pulse Circuit is a full-body conditioning class rooted in functional movement, muscle building, and endurance. Each class kicks off with a dynamic warm-up, flows through strength-based circuits using weights and resistance, and wraps up with an energizing finisher that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and seriously sweaty. Every workout is scalable, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, this class meets you where you are. Mat optional. Bring clean indoor sneakers and come ready to move.

Candlelight Stretch & Flexibility Class l Restorative
Your body does a lot. Give it some love. Pulse Stretch is a rejuvenating, candlelit class designed to enhance flexibility, improve joint mobility, and melt away tension. Each session combines deep stretching techniques with restorative movement to help you unwind, recover, and feel more limber and balanced. Perfect for all fitness levels — whether you're a regular at Pulse or brand new to the studio. Please bring a mat. Class is performed barefoot or in socks.
